Frequently asked Questions

“Why would I want to talk with my animal companions?”

There are many, many different reasons for wanting to get in touch with your animal friends. You might want to talk with your animal companions for one or all of the following reasons:

To find out:

  • how your animal friends feel (physically and emotionally)
  • likes and dislikes
  • reasons for certain behaviours
  • if your animal friends like their food
  • if your animal friends enjoys the things you are doing with them
  • life purpose
  • messages animals have for us
  • if your animal companion is ready to “move on”

and/or to:

  • relieve stress
  • resolve issues between animal family members
  • help rescued animals
  • relay messages to your animal companion
  • help your companions deal with fears, traumas, abuse
  • check in with your animal friends while you are away
  • discuss upcoming life changes
  • talk to animals that have “moved on”
  • deal with grief
  • and for many other reasons.

Many times just talking about an issue and acknowledging it can change an animal’s life.

“What do I do if I find out that my animal friend is experiencing any pain?”

Telepathic communication with your animal friends can help you to find out what your animals are experiencing and how they are feeling, and is very helpful to your animals’ health care provider/veterinarian. However, telepathic communication is never a replacement for good health care.

“How can I communicate better with my animal companions?”

It is very important that you always tell your animals what is going on in your life, since it affects their lives, too. Your animal friends will feel much more secure if you tell them what you are doing or what you expect to happen.

When you talk with your animal companions, always state everything in the positive. For example, if your dog barks too much don’t say, “Don’t bark.” Try to keep your message positive by saying, “Please just relax and be quiet while I am gone.”
